Microwave kalakand sweet


Condensed milk 1tin
Milk Powder 2cups
Fresh Cream 300ml
Sugar 1/2cup


Mix the above contents in a microwave safe bowl and stir.
Microwave it for 15 minutes.
Stir in between.
It starts curdling, stir for every 30 seconds to avoid overflowing.
Water will be evaporated after sometime.
Stop microwaving when you can make the mixture a thick round ball.
Pour the entire mixture in a greased plate.
Cut the pieces to your required shape.
